Angus Valley was established in the 1960s and most of the construction was completed by the 1970s. An eclectic mix, the neighborhood has both wide streets and narrow paths, and modest-sized to moderately large houses on 1/2 to 3/4 acre lots, with lots of trees. Being near Hwy. 183 and Hwy. 1, two major local highways, provides access to downtown and the rest of the city. The area also has many shopping, dining, and outdoor recreation options.
The Arboretum and The Domain, two well-known and upscale shopping centers, are five minutes’ drive from the neighborhood. Residents have easy access to retail stores, restaurants, and cafes, as well as a cinema and bookstore.
